Warehouse Pickup: Arrange collection directly with the carrier of your choice. You can also provide a transport voucher if you prefer.
2) Packaging
We take pride in packaging your orders to ensure the safe arrival of your items. Our standard packaging includes:
Box Quality: Double corrugated cardboard.
Cushioning: Thick bubble wrap and protective packing chips.
Customization: Packaging may vary based on needs, with an option for pallet shipping when necessary.

3) Responsibility for Breakage
Unless there is a specific agreement between the customer and Poppers Distribution, responsibility for breakage is transferred to the customer once the package leaves our warehouse.
4) Delivery Time
Orders for products in stock are typically shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment. Each order comes with a tracking link for real-time updates.
